DO THE APARTMENTS AT TRELLIS PARK COME WITH ATTACHED GARAGES?
Select floor plans include attached garages — which is a fairly rare feature in Las Vegas apartment communities at this level. Having a private garage means direct access from your vehicle to your home, plus storage space that most apartments simply don't offer. Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. The maximum is two pets per apartment, with a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet. A one-time pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply — contact the leasing office for current amounts. The community's landscaping and surrounding neighborhood make it easy to get outside with your pet. WHAT GROCERY STORES AND SHOPPING ARE CLOSE TO TRELLIS PARK?
Smith's Food and Drug at Santa Fe Plaza is about 1.1 miles south on Jones — easy to reach in under five minutes. For larger shopping trips, the Mountain View Plaza is approximately 3 miles away. The location puts northwest Las Vegas retail within easy reach without needing to cross town.
WHAT RESTAURANTS ARE WITHIN A MILE OF TRELLIS PARK?
There are solid options within a short drive. Vegas Bakery is 0.7 miles south, Saddle N Spurs Saloon is 0.6 miles, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe is under a mile away. Soho Japanese & Sushi Restaurant and Mr. Mamas are also nearby, giving you casual options for most moods and cravings.
HOW FAR IS TRELLIS PARK FROM THE LAS VEGAS STRIP?
The Strip is approximately 8–10 miles southeast — about a 15-minute drive depending on traffic. Northwest Las Vegas gives you a genuine residential feel while keeping the Strip accessible when you want it. For day-to-day living, the proximity to Jones Blvd and US-95 is what really matters, and both are easy to reach from the community.

WHAT MEDICAL FACILITIES ARE NEAR TRELLIS PARK AT CHEYENNE?
Mountain View Hospital is approximately 1.8 miles north on Durango Drive — a full-service hospital serving northwest Las Vegas. For urgent care and other medical needs, there are additional clinics and facilities within a short drive.
