the stairs are very dirty-no one ever comes to clean the stairs -
oh and its pretty dark outside - it could use some extra lighting
and the gates are always messing up lately
other than that its a pretty awesome place to live in

|Recommended: YesLove it just not the kids running in the apt above me — I like living here however the people above me have mulitple little kids that run the whole apartment all night and sometimes I think they’re about to come through the ceiling. I feel management should put people with small children downstairs. However I live my apartment it’s very modern and cozy.
|Recommended: YesLiving at Trellis Park — The office staff is very pleasant and professional. I cannot honestly say I appreciate my upstairs neighbors so much as I've gone through three families since I've lived here and they've all had small children who constantly run throughout the day and even up until the late night early mornings. It's very frustration to live somewhere and people have no apartment etiquette or the decency to request a unit on a lower level knowing they have numerous residents and or small children. In addition to the noise, the parking is not so great. Being that we pay a significant amount of rent, I feel we should have assigned parking. There have been plenty of days I came home and I had to park either down by two other buildings or even on the other side of the complex.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — It’s a beautiful layout for a two bedroom. The color scheme is great and it’s a perfect first apartment for people just getting started with all the right amenities and price point.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Property — Staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is really fast. It's not noisy and is walking distance to stored and pharmacy. The layouts are perfect.
|Recommended: YesVery homey and comfortable — Very clean and comfortable living at Cheyenne moved here from a ghetto apartment on Charleston blvd and compared to that one, this place is like a modern house For a one bedroom, its really big staff is always polite and professional would defiantly recommend
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartment and staff — I have been here for 4 years . The staff at the office are very nice and polite, maintenance very prompt at request and environment very safe. No breaking into cars because they administration do their checks well before renting to individuals.
The apartments are also very nice inside.
Yard keeping is very good. No trash or stench anywhere. Its a clean and healthy environment to live in. Try it
|Recommended: YesResident for 3 years — Just signed my third lease and must say I like the property. No major concerns or issues and management is helpful. Would recommend the property to others, as it's hidden and a quiet neighborhood.
|Recommended: YesThe property is great. — Please come live here you wil enjoy your stay. The 24 hours Maintenace come in about 5-10min if they aren't tied up with another call. Main office stay clean and the staff are awesome.

|Recommended: YesSo far, one of the best apartments I've lived in — So, far, I have not had a bad experience during the time I've been living here. Office staff is professional and courteous. One of the things that would make it ideal is if there were assigned parking. It sucks having to park on the opposite side of the complex from where you live. Every now and then you can hear neighbors but only if they are yelling really. Other then that you can't really hear anything which is good. Some noise is to be expected in apartments unfortunately. Last but not least, I was sold the moment I saw the kitchen to my unit.
